Limited Warranties, Exclusions, and Returns

Submit Your Warranty Form

Alma-Fit guarantees that the products listed below will be free from material or workmanship defects for the duration of their respective warranty periods. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser. At Alma-Fit’s discretion, defective products covered by this warranty may be repaired, replaced, or refunded for the original purchase price.

Products returned under this warranty are referred to as “Warranty Returns” in these Terms and Conditions.

Limited Warranty Periods
10-Year Warranty
Applies to stainless steel frames, spring bars, footbar mechanisms, and welded components.
Exclusions apply (see below).
5-Year Warranty
Covers wooden frames and components.
Wooden frames must not be placed near convection radiators or air conditioning units.
Exclusions apply (see below).
2-Year Warranty
Includes all components of the reformer.
1-Year Warranty
Covers ropes, straps, springs, spring clips, hooks, pulleys, handles, wheels, and foot straps.
90-Day Warranty
Upholstery fabric is guaranteed against normal wear and tear for 90 days from delivery.
Proof of damage may be required. This warranty does not cover cuts, scratches, burns, stains, soiling, or damage caused by improper use, such as wearing jewelry or unsuitable clothing.
Alma-Fit reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent fabric if the original fabric is unavailable. Upholstery care instructions outlined in the manual must be followed.

Exclusions
What Is Not Covered
The warranties do not cover:
  • Mechanical wear components.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Scratches, tears, or indentations in upholstery or foam.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Alma-Fit Springs, Loops, Hand and Foot Straps, Handles, and Vinyl Covers.

Exclusion of Other Warranties
Alma-Fit disclaims all warranties beyond those explicitly stated above, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Alma-Fit is not liable for the use or disposition of its products by the purchaser.
No oral or written statements by Alma-Fit representatives create additional warranties.
Jurisdictional Limitations:
Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, any implied warranty will be limited to 90 days from the invoice date or the minimum period required by law.
By accepting delivery, buyers acknowledge and agree that no warranties outside those listed here have been provided by Alma-Fit.
Warranty Return Procedure
For all warranty-based returns, please contact Alma-Fit Customer Service at (470) 809-9548 to submit a Return Request Form.

Key Steps for Warranty Returns:
  • Clearly mark the Return Request Form on the outside of the package. Items returned without this will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of filing the Return Request Form.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Alma-Fit will cover shipping costs for the replacement product.

Conditions:
If Alma-Fit determines that a returned item:
  1. Is not covered under warranty,
  2. Does not meet the conditions of the Warranty Return policy, or
  3. Was not returned in compliance with the Warranty Return Procedure,
then the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to the sender.
