Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, your Reformer must:
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be in like-new condition (clean, undamaged, and minimally used)
- Include all original components and accessories
Return Window
You must request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Returns requested after this window will not be eligible under the Risk-Free Trial.
Shipping Costs
- Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund
- Almafit will coordinate return freight through authorized carriers
Refunds & Processing
Once your returned Reformer is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 20 business days from the date we receive your return for inspection and refund completion.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been released.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
